ACC Insulations specialises in custom CNC machining of electrical insulation components based on OEM engineering drawings. Our multi-axis CNC centres process all major insulation grades with consistent dimensional tolerances and reliable dielectric performance.

OEM Commitment: We accept engineering drawings, 3D models, or technical specifications and manufacture directly to those requirements — any material grade, any tolerance, any production volume.

Typical CNC-machined components include: angle rings, end collars, winding cylinders, phase barriers, busbar supports, stator wedges, spacers, cleats, insulation strips — all from OEM drawings.

Every production batch undergoes raw material incoming inspection, dimensional tolerance verification against OEM drawings, dielectric strength evaluation, moisture content testing, and final QC before dispatch. Batch test certificates are available on request.
